Billing is based on time expended. Statements will reflect such activities as conversations with family members, community resources, written reports, e-mails and accompanying a client to a doctor’s appointment.

The cost for the initial hour of consultation is $175.  Any time beyond the first hour is billed at the hourly rate of $160 per hour. The client will be responsible for only that part of the hour used. Billing is in five minute increments.

Travel beyond the first fifteen minutes is billed at $100 per hour. The client will be responsible for only that time used.
