Statement of Rates

The fee for the initial hour of consultation, or any part of the initial hour, is $175.

The hourly rate beyond the initial hour is $150. It may reflect such activities as conferences with family members, individuals, community resources, written correspondence, home visits, office visits, facility visits and nursing home visits. Travel time beyond the first fifteen minutes is based on the hourly rate of $150.

The client will be responsible for any disbursements (i.e. long distance calls, travel, photocopy, facsimile) incurred during the above process.
